 Nickel/Aluminum(Ni/Al) composite powders consist of an aluminum core coated with a thin layer of nickel. It can be used in aeroplane, machinery etc for anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation.

The features and usage of the Ni/Al composite powders:

     During the thermo-process, nickel can rapidly react with aluminum,which liberates a great deal of heat to form a self-bonding coating with properties of high adhesion, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Metallurgical bond can be formed between the Ni/Al coating and various substrates, such as steel, pig iron, stainless steel, hard alloys, Ni, Co, A1, Ti, and their alloys, Fe-Ni-Co alloys, Monel alloys and bronze....

Ni-Al composite powders and their coatings are widely used in aerospace, aeroplane, machinery, transportation, chemical, petroleum, and metallurgical industries.
